The Wedding Experience

One thing I remember dreaming about for my wedding day was arriving in a carriage like Cinderella.  Did you ever sit doodling on a piece of paper the boy’s name that you had a crush on and wondering what your wedding day with him would look like?  If you say yes, you are not alone.

I dreamed of being greeted by my father as I arrive in the Cinderella carriage dressed in my grand ballroom wedding gown full of crystals and lace with a veil adorned with bright diamonds.  As I enter the room prepared to glide down the aisle with florals sitting on crystal stands and lite candles on both sides of the aisle and the floor fully adorned with rose petals with all eyes on me as I slowly approach the love of my life, would be my magical moment.

First thing you must do is think about the venue for your wedding and the reception location based on your vision.   Think about how you want your guest to feel as they are approaching the venue for the festivities. She dreamed of a venue that was open, elegant, artsy and romantic.  After locating her venue they gave her and open canvas to design the wedding of her dreams.

In her vision she captured the warmness of her guests smiling with adoration hoping they felt the romantic celebration of her and her fíance’s love.  The design concept was elegant, calm and refreshing.  The color tones were brought in with the cool shades of blue, silver and white giving a sense of romance that worked beautifully as the color palette.  The other designs there were beautiful blue, white, cream, and off-white roses and hydrangeas adorn with greenery on tall silver and crystal stands.  The flowers included roses, hydrangeas, eucalyptus, and silver dollar leaves.  The floral arrangements were eye catching and the reflection from the mirrored floor runner covered in blue and white rose petals were captivating.  This look gave the room the romantic atmosphere she dreamed of creating for her wedding day.

Sharing your perfect wedding day with people can be very emotional but showing gratitude toward all your guests near and far is an important factor.   Creating your wedding the way you’ve always dreamed it to be, gives you an amazing warm feeling that goes through your body as you walk down the aisle or come down the stairs.  Seeing how everyone and the beautifully decorated space is looking even more beautiful than you ever expected it be is incredible.  The most moving moment is observing your mother sitting with tears in her eyes because this was the wedding she always wanted her daughter to have and enjoy.  Most times it is unimaginable to share with others in words how you feel about everything that took place.
